The Sparhawk Oceanfront Resort is a premier resort with 89 keys in Ogunquit’s thriving lodging market and was sold recently to a family-owned hotel group. The resort campus offers a variety of upscale rooms and suites with decks and ocean views, including luxury apartment-style accommodations.

Holiday Inn Express – Development Site – Kittery
The fully approved development site for a Holiday Inn Express in Kittery, Maine sold to the Colwen Hotel Group earlier this month.
Topside Inn & Mid-Mown Motel
Topside Inn is located at the highest point in Boothbay Harbor and is consistently ranked as one of the top ten boutique hotels in both the United States and the World sold in April of 2025. Mid-town motel an adjacent retro motel was included in the sale.
