In August, Daigle Commercial Group facilitated the sale of the Trade Winds Inn (hotel units only). The property features stunning views of Penobscot Bay, comfortable guest rooms, and suites, many with balconies overlooking the Harbor and Breakwater Lighthouse. The Liberty family retained the timeshare units and restaurant.
