SMUGGLER’S COVE INN – EAST BOOTHBAY

In April, Smuggler’s Cove Inn, situated in East Boothbay, was sold as a confidential “off-market” listing. DCG facilitated the transaction on the Seller’s behalf and secured the buyer.  The charming waterfront resort inn and restaurant offer ocean vistas along the picturesque Linekin Bay. Six freestanding structures house updated guest rooms/suites with balconies, and the facilities include a full-service restaurant and bar.  The new owners had previously acquired a southern Maine resort property through DCG in 2019. We wish the experienced owner/operators on both sides of the transaction continued success!
