IVEY’S MOTOR LODGE – HOULTON

Ivey’s Motor Lodge, located in the Northern Maine town of Houlton, was sold recently. The transaction was facilitated by DCG, who represented the seller and procured the buyer. This popular lodging establishment is the last stop on the I-95 highway before the Canadian and U.S. border. A favored destination for business travelers and tourists, providing comfortable lodging in 50 spacious guestrooms.  Local business owners familiar with the area acquired the property in late May.  We extend our best wishes to the buyer and seller who is retiring from the business.
